Gas Station Conversion – Harrisburg, OR
Our client owns an old gas station and would like to renovate it into a pizza parlour. We’ve had a great time working on schematic design ideas for their marketing efforts!
The Rinaldi’s approached Varitone Architecture for some design ideas to fix some roofing problems they’ve been having. We have redesigned the exterior look of their house to add shed roof designs that will help mitigate their water drainage problems, as well as updating the exterior to a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Quail Run Assisted Living Lobby Remodel
Varitone Architecture is remodeling the interior of a local assisted living facility lobby. We filled in the existing double height ceiling of the lobby to create a cozy atmosphere in the lobby and a community gathering space upstairs. We wanted to give the lobby a fresh palette and design that would still tie in with the existing finishes surrounding the lobby. The lobby will feature faux wood beams, accent soffit lighting, new seating areas, and a new custom reception counter.

Varitone Architecture will have a new home by March! See the “Before” image, our vision, and stay tuned for project photos!
Aloft Hotel, SeaTac WA
Varitone Architecture is doing the interior design on a new Aloft Hotel to be located in SeaTac, Washington. The concept was to tie in the industrial and musical roots of the area. This was achieved through edgy colors and patterns, custom artwork, and unique detailing.
Fairfield Inn & Suites – Rochester, WA
Varitone Architecture is working with Fairfield Inn & Suites to design and build a new hotel in Rochester, Washington. With the new hotel’s location, we have updated the hotel’s façade and interiors with a style that not only reflects the Pacific NorthWest aesthetics, but also honors the culture and history of the Chehalis Tribe.

Beggs Tire Factory Addition – Albany, OR
We helped Beggs Tire Factory design an addition that will be built next to their existing building. Because the new building will be facing a prominent roadway in Albany, we were required to ensure that the building was compliant with the city of Albany’s Design Standards. In our case, this required us to ensure that the new building had a minimum of a specific square footage of glazed surfaces (windows and doors) on the side of the building facing the street. Beggs new building will not only supply them with the additional work space their business needs, but it will also be a new, eye-catching building that will continue to enhance Albany’s street curb appeal.
We were able to offer Beggs a variety of design options to achieve compliancy, style, and efficiency. The new addition will feature 5 new service carports with weather protective awnings.
