Senior Architectural Production:
The senior Architectural Production responsibilities include managing and overseeing the production process of a variety of commercial projects, providing quality control and redlines, and coordinating with and mentoring junior team members. Experience in multi-story hospitality and multi-family projects is desirable.
Qualifications for this position include:
● An associates degree in drafting or a bachelor’s degree in architecture
● English language proficiency
● Eight or more years of professional commercial architecture firm experience
● Fluent in Revit (REQUIRED)
● Ability to meet deadlines and work within given schedule parameters
● Collaborative with and supportive of the rest of the team
● Take appropriate initiative and keep busy without supervision
● Solutions oriented
In addition, candidates should have well-developed interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively in teams and independently. Candidates should be self-motivated and look forward to participating in a collaborative and dynamic work environment with a culture of excellence.
Tasks for this position: (this is a non-exhaustive list of basic duties and responsibilities)
· Maintain relevant checklists
· Create Revit base models of as-built conditions
· Create detailing CD set for small to large commercial projects
· Pick up redlines
· Incorporate basic building code knowledge
· Design with appropriate considerations for ADA code, structural systems, MEP systems, and more
· Find and correct basic code errors in floor plans
· See the project’s big picture and find all necessary details to support it.
· Work through complex architectural detailing
· Mentor, train, and guide junior staff in Revit production tasks
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors as needed
· Assist architect in CA phase as needed
Compensation:
Salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000+ depending on experience.
