Varitone Architecture led the design for this façade transformation in Salem, Oregon, reimagining the former Phoenix Inn Hotel as a contemporary destination. Long overdue for renewal, the property was elevated through a redesigned porte cochere, modern material palette, and a refreshed architectural identity. Paired with the owner’s rebrand, the update positions the hotel as a distinctive presence within its context—confident, current, and inviting.
