Takena Hall Renovation - LBCC

Varitone Architecture partnered with Linn-Benton Community College to reimagine Takena Hall through a strategic two-phase renovation. Phase One transformed the student center into a vibrant, welcoming hub designed to foster connection, focus, and relaxation. Thoughtfully curated spaces—including stadium-style lounge seating, technology-integrated collaboration zones, and private study booths—create a dynamic environment that adapts to the diverse needs of today’s students.

Phase Two extended the impact of the renovation to the financial aid office, advising center, and the lobby of the Russell Tripp Performance Center, enhancing functionality while elevating the overall campus experience. The result is a cohesive, student-centered environment that balances energy, comfort, and purpose.
