Osprey's Landing Mixed Use

Osprey’s Landing is a mixed-use development envisioned as a vibrant addition to the edge of downtown Albany, Oregon. The four-story building will feature 30 thoughtfully designed apartments—many with private balconies—alongside shared community spaces and more than 3,000 square feet of street-level commercial space.

Positioned within a transitional area between the historic downtown and surrounding neighborhoods, the project introduces a contemporary architectural expression that complements the evolving character of the district. Upper-level residences will enjoy views of the Willamette River, supporting a connected and livable urban experience.
